Since the Dragonborn's blood was a gift from the gods, the Graybeards have accepted that literally anything the Dragonborn DOES with that gift is divinely mandated. "The only TRUE use of the Voice," Arngeir explains, "is meditation, to worship and glory the gods." The Dragonborn, however, is an exception. Anyway, basically what that means is that Rita has excellent pronunciation and a good accent and also she is divinely mandated to be able to do anything she wants with dragon speech. Silly Graybeard, no gamer would practice for three years just to be able to scream at things and make them physics all over the place. The entire time, Arngeir is basically soiling his fashionable gray robes over how QUICKLY Rita masters things. They also share over the power to effectively use each of these. This lets Rita basically airdash from point to point. They teach her another few words of power: "Ro", or "Balance" (This one goes with Fus to power up the "blow stuff away" shout) and "Wuld" or "Whirlwind", which rather creatively starts off the "Whirlwind Sprint" powerset. Master Arngeir, the official speaker of the Graybeards, fills her in on a bit of history which we've already covered. yeah, Dragonborn, we already caught up with that. Inside High Hrothgar are four old men, who inform Rita that she is. Onward! Last time, we left Rita at the gates of High Hrothgar, summoned to learn about her big destiny. On the other hand, I don't care unless you guys do. We're almost certainly not supposed to know as much as I've casually exposited. On one hand, I don't actually think we're supposed to KNOW much about the overarcing plot of this game yet. ![]() ![]() and while I intend to actually work through the storyline at some point, I'm eager to let myself start accepting sidequests and such. And, thought the course of the film, this creepy kid seems to be calling out to the mother and her girl. While she is able to do both, the pressure only gets worse as the apartment building appears to be haunted by the spirit of some creepy child. Her husband is fighting her for custody, so the woman feels a lot of pressure to get a job and an apartment. The story begins with a mother and her young daughter going through a divorce. However much I dislike dubbing, however, the quality of this dub was actually pretty good. In recent years, dubbing has nearly died out and subtitles have reigned supreme, so I was surprised. When I began watching "Dark Water" I was surprised to see that the film was dubbed into English. ![]()
